  • Bat Shalom is a feminist peace organization of Israeli women. We work toward a just peace between Israel and its Arab neighbors that includes recognition of a Palestinian state side-by-side with Israel and Jerusalem as the capital of both.

  • International Women's Peace Service - Palestine was initiated by members of the Hares Villager Council, in response to Israeli government and settler retaliation for acts of nonviolent resistance to occupation. A house has been built for IWPS in Hares, a village in the olive-growing region of Salfit. Four members of the IWPS team, which includes 16 women from 8 different countries in Europe, North America and Africa, are present in the house at all times.

The central goal of JCW is to advance Palestinian women’s rights – and the status and involvement of women within Palestinian society.
